Bahubali – S. S. Rajamouli’s magnum opus, in three days recorded the fastest movie ever to reach Rs 100 Cr collections. The Prabhas & Rana starrer also registered the highest opening weekend for an Indian film in the U.S. . The 250 crore Tamil/Telugu bilingual had hit the screens this Friday with heavy expectations from every corner. Bahubali managed to satisfy the common man with cheers and the film goers happiness was very well evident from the box office numbers.
If Bahubali was considered the Box office storm, then Papanasm is the silent winner. Papanasm took most of all family audiences time this week as well. Papanasm holds onto a strong second week among its targeted audience base.
Netru Indru nalai was another movie that was held in a few screens despite this being its third week at the box office. WI Nationz wishes Team bahubali for giving us the most commercially successful movie of the decade.
