In a verdict which will resurrect Jayalalithaa’s political career, the Karnataka High Court has announced that all have been acquitted. The court was hearing an appeal filed by the four accused who were convicted by a special court in Bengaluru in September 2014. As she is free from criminal charge , she can take charge to Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister post at any time . ADMK supporters feels that justice has won and they are celebrating the court’s verdict , while few feels that Indian judiciary is corrupted .
