A recent online survey conducted by Global Metro Benchmarking Groups, CoMET and NOVA said that Delhi Metro Service is the Second Best Services among 18 other international Metro Systems. The Rank is given by considering the Customer Satisfaction Security, Travel Timings and Service Provided by Metro. Around 40k peoples were participated in this survey conducted by a website during end of the April. 24th December 2002, the Delhi Metro Rail Services was Started.

Hong Kong MTR, London Underground, Metro De Madrid, Paris RATP, Metro De Sandiago, Singapore SMRT, Barcelona TMB, Istanbul Ulasim, Kualalumpur Rapid PL, Newcastle Nexus, Metro Rio and Toronto TTC….
