Jayalalitha is No Longer CM of TN ? – Violence Erupts

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has been found guilty of corruption by a Bangalore court, where she was present for the verdict. Jayalalithaa, who is 66, will most likely have to resign as Chief Minister – the Supreme Court ruled last year that a law-maker found guilty of a crime carrying a jail sentence of two years or more stands immediately disqualified from office.

Due to this Judgement , violence has started by the supporters of ADMK Party all over Tamil Nadu . As of now , buses at kanchipuram and ambattur are burnt , shops are closed at many places . Team WI requests everyone to stay safe at home till the violet situation settles down.

As Jayalalitha caot continue as Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu , ADMK is expected to discuss and make some other candidate as Chief Minister shortly .
